I propose to improve this alarm:

1. Instead of a microswitch, we use a security point magnetic contact detector for metal doors — hidden-mounted detector SMK-6 (IO 102?6) or surface-mounted detector SMK-20 (IO 102?20), for non-metal doors hidden-mounted detector SMK-5 (IO 102?5) or surface mounting SMK-14 (IO 102?14).

2. Alarm loop (AL) – the wire connecting the security detector to the device, we lay it with a signal cable of the KSPV, MPV type.

3. We replace the “on/off” power switch for the bell with a fire alarm control panel (PPKOP) with 1 alarm loop. These are devices “VERS PK-1”, “Astra-712/1/2”, “Kvarts”, “Grand Magister-1A”. Control Panel provides: a) Arming/disarming of an object. As a rule, metal electronic TM keys (Touch memory) or contactless plastic cards and key fobs are used for this.

b) Registration of the fact of activation of security detectors in the alarm loop.

c) Transmission of an alarm signal to a lighting device (siren, lamp). It is optimal to transmit the alarm signal to the remote control of the private security department, police or private security company.

d) Uninterruptible power supply to the security system, including in the absence of a 220-volt power supply, for which it is necessary to install a rechargeable battery in the device.

The algorithm of your actions is simple: you leave the apartment, close the door with a key (you don’t have an electric lock yet), attach the electronic key fob to the reader — and your apartment is under surveillance by the security system. An apartment can only be disarmed using an electronic key fob programmed into the control panel.

And so, to create a security system for the front door of an apartment or garage, you need:
